Karen and her husband Neil are travelling across Canada from mile 0 in Victoria to Mile 0 in St Johns. Karen hopes to location paint most days and capture in watercolor the essence of this beautiful country and its people.
Karen Arrowsmith is a Watercolor artist who has been painting for over 25 years.Her subjects show her love of nature and her beleif that man and nature are intertwined. Karen is a self motivated artist and instructor, who has had the exceptionsl good luck to study under Tony Couch,Katheryn Haynes,Jim Kosvanec, Zoltan Szabo, and Robert Wade. Watercolor to Karen is a creative process that would take many lifetimes before one could learn all there is to know. It is a medium that always gives one new posibilites and challenges.
